~ Grammer 1 (Chapter 3) ~

* HELPING LIFE *
 
Breakfast is the most important thing for us because it needs energy to start our day.
Among the breakfast I always eat the cookies or the basic bread, drink hot milo and NESTUM hand.
For lunch too is white rice, chicken, vegetables and chillies and drinking water. I usually drink some evening of cake and tea. At night, my dinner is fried rice, and jus orenge. Additional food is fruit.
